TeachAssist+ provides tools to help you manage and track your academic performance. Your use of the platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You agree to use TeachAssist+ in accordance with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws and regulations.
• You agree to use the YRDSB TeachAssist technology in accordance with the Appropriate Use of Technology Policy and Procedure and abide by YRDSB Board policies, procedures and directives.
• You agree to adhere to all policies and procedures of the YRDSB and any additional rules established by your teacher, school or workplace.
• Unauthorized use of our platform may result in the inability to access this service.

4. Intellectual Property

TeachAssist+ is based on TeachAssist, which is by the YRDSB and the teachassist foundation.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to TeachAssist+ immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of the terms.
